Campbell Paterson
Director
Campbell is one of Quaylogic's co-founders and is motivated to improve and change the way data management and consulting is delivered. He has particular experience in cross function change initiatives spanning Finance, Risk, Operations and IT. Campbell has a 'big four' consulting background with 25+ years experience across financial services. Campbell's strengths include programme management of large and complex delivery programmes and enterprise-wide data transformation.
Jagtar Bachra
Director
Jag co-founded Quaylogic with the vision to make data management client and delivery focused . He has successfully delivered and worked on some of the largest and most challenging programmes in the Financial Services industry. Jag has a blue chip consulting background with 15 years experience working with senior executives to CXO level. He specialises in the delivery of the end to end data management journey, with a hands on track record of delivering sustainable adoption into BAU.
Nigel Matthews
Director
Nigel is an experienced Chief Data Officer with an impressive track record in programme and product management. His strategic leadership has enabled organisations to deliver tangible outcomes from digital transformation, regulatory compliance and data commercialisation. Most recently, Nigel was the Interim Chief Data Officer (CDO) at the Cabinet Office, Central Digital & Data Office (CDDO) with accountability for Mission 3 of the National Data Strategy. Nigel has more than 30 years experience and has held senior data management roles at Nomura, Barclays, HSBC and ING.
